We have combined over 70 colour code variants for these standardised colour codes*. The defined colours allow you to easily identify the respective tolerance. All common CAM systems can recognise these colours and automatically derive the required tolerances from them. This allows you to go paperless and derivations from 2D drawings are no longer necessary.

Further advantages
- Transferability of models for production at other locations worldwide or different companies
- Thread types defined by colours (e.g. RGB 255|255|0 = metric thread, RGB 211|45|96 = inch thread, etc.)
- Time savings when calculating: calculator automatically recognises colours or tolerances and does not have to make any corrections
- Automatic creation of deep hole drilling lists: features are read from the 3D model and correctly identified when imported into the deep hole drilling list
- Only tolerances that Meusburger can also manufacture, including 0 PLUS and 0 MINUS
- CAD template with our defined colours can be imported
The tolerances of the Meusburger colour codes are sufficient for your mould, your die and in jigs and fixtures construction. In most cases, 4 to 5 colours or tolerances are sufficient for this.
