Returns policy

Meusburger Georg GmbH & Co KG ('Meusburger')

1. In principle, there is no legal or contractual right to return goods in perfect condition. However, at Meusburger customer satisfaction is top priority. We will only make conditional use of the right to refuse to take back goods in perfect condition and accept such returns on a goodwill basis according to this returns policy.
   
   

2. Only goods that the customer has purchased directly from Meusburger can be returned. Goods can only be returned using the Meusburger portal or by prior arrangement and by enclosing the return note issued by Meusburger. Goods may only be returned within 6 months after they were received.
   
   

3. Transport and handling costs for returns incurred due to an order error or other reasons on the part of the customer shall be borne by the customer. Upon request, Meusburger may handle the return for a fee after mutual agreement.

   
   

4. Special items or made-to-order (standard) items are excluded from this returns policy. A return is therefore only possible for standard stock items.

   
   

5. Items that are sent freight forward to Meusburger without prior agreement or without a return note are at the expense and risk of the sender. Costs for the inspection (handling fee), storage and return shipment of unauthorised returns will be charged to the sender.

   
   

6. After the goods are received and inspected and deemed in mint condition a refund of the purchase price will be made.
   
   

   Impeccable condition means:
   

   • Goods are completely undamaged
     
   • No customised stickers or markings
     
   • Packaging instructions must be observed. These are sent by email and can be accessed on the Meusburger portal.

7. In view of the legally non-binding nature of this returns policy, Meusburger reserves the right to adjust or amend this returns policy at any time.

   
   

8. In all other respects, the current delivery and payment conditions of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Delivery of Meusburger Georg GmbH & Co KG ('Meusburger') apply.
