Quality

We take various measures to achieve the best quality: right at the start, the sheet metal undergoes spectral analysis and a strength test. That is how we supply the best raw materials, which we then heat-treat for stress relief in our own furnaces with a total capacity of 240 tonnes. This enables us to guarantee low-deformation processing of the materials. Hard points in the microstructure are eliminated, avoiding the risk of abrupt tool breakages. After the precise in-house production, our plates undergo a quality check using one of the most accurate measuring devices on the market.
