Meusburger presents innovations in the field of workshop equipment

In the middle of June Meusburger will expand their product range in the area of workshop equipment with numerous new products in the assembly equipment and surface finishing equipment product groups, as well as expansions of their range of clamping equipment and EDM accessories.

A complete solution for the fast and easy introduction of O-ring seals

In March 2018, Meusburger expanded its range with E 21311 High temperature O-ring seals which were specifically designed for applications with water and operating temperatures up to 180°C. The matching new WZB 12112 Countersink for O-rings enables an easy introduction of the required O-ring groove. After the assembly the O-ring sits closely on the outer diameter and cannot fall out. In addition, an optimum position is achieved under pressure from the inside. This ensures best tightness and high durability.
Another new product in the range is the V 28100 Assembly tool set for O-rings which consists of five tools and facilitates the assembly and disassembly of O-ring seals. Whether hitching, positioning, pushing or pulling the O-ring seal - the new set offers many possibilities and is delivered in a practical plastic storage box.

Quick adapter for leak test - now for Ø 12 mm holes

As of now, the tried and trusted quick adapter for fast detection and locating of leaks in inserts and cavity plates is also available for Ø 12 mm holes. It can be easily fixed using the cylindrical cooling holes without having to cut an additional thread. Due to the slim design it is also possible to use it with minimal hole gaps. In addition to the new diameter, the quick adapter is also available for hole diameters 6, 8 and 10 mm.

Labels in new sizes

The customisable aluminium labels are now also available in sizes W100 x H150 mm and W150 x H100 mm. The label designer in the Meusburger online shop offers numerous design options.

New devices for an efficient surface finishing

The powerful GESU 1300 Ultrasonic system with 100 W output is ideal for fast work on large areas. The amplitude value is adjustable in 99 steps, and thanks to various modes of operation and 2 different handpieces, the device can also be used for fine applications. Moreover it features easy operation via LCD display.
The new, universal GDSW 1040 Air angle grinder is supplied with interchangeable attachments which enable various applications. The light weight as well as the low vibration level result in improved working ergonomics.

Expansion of the range of clamping equipment and EDM accessories

Meusburger has expanded their range of electrode holders HER 1442 and HER 1642 - which until now were available with groove widths 10, 15 and 20 mm - with the new widths 25 and 30 mm. Threading electrodes from copper and tungsten copper are now available in numerous new thread sizes, and there are also new sizes for the rod electrodes from copper.
