Save time with the E 2185 Quick-fit coolant hose

The special construction of the quick-fit coolant hose in combination with a quick-fit nozzle enables quick and easy installation. The E 2185 hose is simply slipped onto the quick-fit nozzle with the help of warm soapy water. The material structure of the quick-fit hose is developed to constrict under pressure. Space-saving connection is therefore possible without the need for obstructive clips, and the connection remains sealed.

The E 2185 quick-fit coolant hose is suitable for both cold water and also hot water up to 140°C. The outer layer is made of synthetic rubber and is very abrasion-resistant and oil-resistant. The hose can be used for normal hosing, but can also be inserted into cable slots.

Higher operational safety thanks to the IsoTemp® high temperature hose

The IsoTemp® high temperature hose from Meusburger can be used at temperatures of up to 200°C with water, oil, air as well as vapour. All components that come in contact with the medium are made of stainless steel in order to prevent the formation of corrosion and thus prevent the clogging of the hose line. The union nut can either be mounted with a coupler or screwed directly onto the mould. Thanks to the FDA compliant silicone sheath, the hose is also very well suited for use in cleanrooms. 

The high flexibility is demonstrated by the very small bending radius of 50 mm. The IsoTemp® high temperature hose is available from Meusburger in red, blue and black versions in graduated lengths of 300 mm to 2500 mm from stock. Special lengths are also available.
