With different centring elements and spacers, the die halves can be precisely and exactly centred and aligned.

Centring units

The E 5304 and E 5305 Centring units enable exact centring and alignment of the upper and lower part.

Centring bolts

 

Centring bolts are used for exact positioning of components in the die. The case-hardened version with ≈ 58 HRC offers optimum wear protection.

Spacer plate and spacer

The toothed spacer plate is ideally suited for exact height adjustment of the upper and the lower part. The shift per tooth varies the height by 0.02 mm.

Fitting key

Fitting keys are used for absorbing shear forces. They are therefore ideally suited for the support and positioning of die components.
