Product description

Innovative design of the gate area achieves a very good heat balance. This makes the Nano especially suitable for hard-to-process plastics, such as PA, PC, PPO, ABS.

Quick colour changes

The intelligent design of the antechamber geometry guarantees a minimal plastic volume. This allows for fast colour changes and prevents heat damage to plastics with a short dwell time.

Short service and maintenance intervals

The special wiring allows for heater removal from the front. Hence, the heater can be removed without disassembling the hot runner system. This shortens maintenance work and ensures that the nozzle is completely partitioned off from the hot runner manifold. This solution reduces repair costs if there is spillage.
