Technical information
Quick-fit coupling system for coolant hoses
The shape of the nozzle and the special construction of the hose enable time-saving installation without clips. Only suitable quick-fit coolant hoses may be used. When used properly, the connection of the Meusburger quick-fit nozzle with the Meusburger E 2185 Quick-fit coolant hose is suitable up to a maximum of 140°C / 5 bar. When used in combination with products from other manufacturers we recommend not exceeding 90°C. The suitability for a specific application must be evaluated and possibly tested by the user themselves.
Installation
For easier installation we recommend slipping the E 2185 hose on with the help of warm soapy water.
Removal
For easy removal, carefully cut the hose open with a sharp knife and cautiously pull it away from the quick-fit nozzle. Be careful not to cut the hose too deeply to avoid damage to the quick-fit nozzle.

Automatic safety hose coupler
There is a risk of scalding from a water temperature of 55°C. Unintended decoupling can have fatal consequences. The automatic safety coupler offers the ideal solution.
